Children’s Day Celebration
Children are innocent, mischievous, but they bring a smile to one’s face. One of the most treasured possessions on earth is that they are loved by one and all. Thus, AMES Kids celebrated children’s day to commemorate the healthy growth and happiness of children on 14th November 2018. A day marking childhood, children’s day celebration focused on children and their enjoyment. The day was full of festivity, they squealed with delight as they entered the school campus and looked beautiful in colourful attires. To make them aware about the children’s day, a short speech on Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was given by Miss S. Ayesha. Teachers from each standard performed small moral skits for the tiny ones with a message of “Be punctual and obedient”, “Respecting the elders” & “Be honest”.
Students enjoyed the skits and also were pleased to see their teachers performing. The tiny tots expressed joy on receiving a token of love from the school and the school resonated with their mirth and excited chatter. The day ended with great fun and enthusiasm with the sweet moments witnessed throughout the day being carried home.
