 AMES Kids Sports Day (23 Dec 2022)

On the 23rd of December, AMES KIDS hosted its 12th Annual Sports Meet, a day filled with fervor and excitement experienced amidst thrills, shrills and cheers. The guests for the day were Mrs. Rasheeda Taksali, Mrs. Shaheen Sarfaraz Khan and Mrs. Mahjabeen Rizwan Hashmi. The day started off with the lovely recitation of the Holy Qur'an and was followed by the March Past by the students representing their drill houses and class races.  The HM Feroza Ahmed then had a draw for the drill performances a highly competitive event where the five houses namely: Resilient Red, Blue Royals, Green Warriors, Yellow Dazzlers and Shining Stars eyed for the first place. Through the competition, the audience witnessed remarkable displays with various unique props. The displays then made way for the highly awaited athletic track events where competitiveness among the students soared through the roof and kept the audience enthralled. At the end of the day, the students departed with a clear smile on their faces as the Resilient Red emerged as 1st position holders for the drill competition, followed by Yellow Dazzlers, Green Warriors securing the second and third positions and the shining Stars and Blue Royals as the runner up. The Head Mistress of the esteemed institution, Ms. Feroza Ahmed thanked all the teachers for their cooperation and support and advised children to keep up their sportsman spirit. It was a day filled with sportsmanship, enthusiasm and memories to cherish.
