Kids celebrated Salad day on 16th September 2015 i.e. Wednesday.
Teachers explained the importance of fruits & vegetables to inculcate the
nutritive values of it. HM Feroza Ahmed laudable the efforts taken by the
teachers & students. Students were asked to bring fruits &
vegetables. Class wise different items
were prepared like Prep-Fruit salad, K.G & Nursery vegetable sandwich.
Students & mothers enthusiastically participated in making different salads
& sandwiches. Teachers decorated the salad with different types of creative
art. The mouth watering & tempting plates attracted the students & they
were eagerly waiting to taste the yummy salads & sandwiches. This new idea
of salad day engendered a great pride in students.
